Samples of fabric We have tried hard to represent the colours of the fabric accurately on the site but colours do vary on different computer screens and for this reason, we strongly suggest that you request a sample of the fabric you wish to order so that you can check the colour before placing an order. Measurements We are not able to accept returns which are a result of your incorrect measurements. To avoid this problem occurring we have written a comprehensive guide to help you measure. If you need additional help please call us on 01638 578700 and we will be happy to speak with you. Payment Payment in full is required at the point of order. Confirmation of your order We will send you an email confirming your order, please check this thoroughly and contact us immediately with any queries. Data Protection Act 1998 and Privacy We will need to keep records of your name, billing and delivery address, contact details and credit card information to complete and deliver your order. This information will not be passed onto third parties for marketing or other use. For online payment processing, we use Barclays ICP payment system (ePDQ) (www.barclaycardbusiness.co.uk). This system is fully PCI DSS compliant (www.pcisecuritystandards.org) and protects against interception of card numbers using encryption. If you prefer to make an order over the phone instead of via the internet, please call us on 01638 578700. The same information will still be requested and will be stored temporarily for us to be able to complete your order requirements. Cancellation of your order All our goods are made to your specifications and are not subject to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This means that you are not entitled to a seven day cooling off period. If you need to cancel your order inform us as soon as possible, we will refund in full for cancellations made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time any refund will be at our discretion. Domestic use Our goods are made for domestic use and have not been treated to meet Fire Retardant Regulations. If the goods are not for domestic use we can treat the fabric to meet the regulations, it is your responsibility to advise us of this. Pricing The prices are as displayed on our website, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Delivery times Our aim is to deliver within three weeks from date of order, if you have a specific date required for delivery please let us know and we will try to meet it. If a fabric is out of stock and a late delivery may result we will contact you to advise you of this. We are not responsible for any loss you incur as a result of the order taking more than three weeks. Confirmation of delivery Delivery is daytime Monday to Friday, the delivery must be signed for. Resolving problems with your goods If you have any problems with your goods, you must inform us within seven days of receipt. We take this very seriously, if we are at fault for an error with the order or poor quality we will accept responsibility and provide a full refund including the cost of the return of goods to us. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other damage from these problems over and above the value of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. Website errors If we have made a pricing error on the site we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund payment.
